Using a range of case studies, concepts and models it explores 

• The context for change - the main driving and restraining forces
• The development of change plans and objectives
• The implementation of change processes
• The approach to leading and managing change 
• The importance of personality, cognition and emotion in determining peoples response to change 
• How to identify and break down barriers to change
• How to measure evaluate and sustain change

Leading Change combines analysis of theories and models of leadership and change, with detailed case studies of world class organisations from Europe, North America and China and challenges participants to reflect on their personal and organisational changes

To understand the external and internal context in which organisational change occurs.

To understand and apply theories and models of change to current organisations.

To understand and apply theories of the leadership and management of change to the challenges facing leaders in organisations and for you as future leaders.

To understand and apply theories of individual personality, motivation and cognition to individuals faced with change

To understand and apply a range of management techniques to plan, analyse and evaluate change
