This course gives you a broad set of practical research skills that will help you write your Dissertation.

The module will provide students with the ability to understand, discuss, and critically evaluate microeconomic policies using empirical evidence. We will examine a number of cutting-edge studies that provide evidence on the effectiveness of different economic policies. We will rely on a  interactive learning approach, which emphasises critical and independent analysis, open discussion and class presentations, with the aim of building a broad set of analytical and practical skills required to apply microeconomics to real economic issues.
