This is a course to help you understand all stages of the application process. It covers CV and covering letter writing, tackling applications, preparing for tests and assessment centres as well as interviews. It is important to understand that the highest level of rejection takes place at the initial stage of the application process - often down to : poor grammar, terrible spelling and lack of evidence of skills and motivation. This course explores some of the issues that children and vulnerable adults can face and the steps that you should take if you have any concerns when working as part of the Our Warwick team.
